News from FACTS Management Tuition Payment Plan

FACTS Management has acquired a company, RenWeb, in order to offer broader services to schools. As a result, they have updated their website, FACTSmgt.com. We have been asked to pass the following information onto our school families.

Parents who preferred to log into their FACTS account from a bookmark or from a link on their school website can continue to do so. Parents who preferred to log into their FACTS account from FACTSmgt.com will follow a similar process. Once on the new FACTSmgt.com, home page, they should click Parent Log In in the upper right hand corner and select Pay Tuition/Apply for Aid.

No matter which method parents choose to log into FACTS, their credentials (username and password) will remain the same. This change does not affect the functionality of FACTS for parents in any way.

If you prefer to receive withdrawal reminders via e-mail, make sure that FACTS messages are not blocked or being directed to spam. If you would like to receive a text message rather than e-mail, you mail log into your account and make that change. FACTS representatives at 1-866-441-4637 are available to assist with any questions you may have.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer – the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. This evidence based training goes over national and state statistics about suicide, warning signs, and detailed explanation of how to talk to someone who may be in a suicide crisis. This training is designed for anyone including parents, friends, neighbors, teachers, advocates, etc. to recognize and refer someone at risk of suicide.

The presenter is Alexandra Yannacone, a mental health professional trained in suicide prevention with an extensive background in implementation and trainings for prevention and intervention of mental health services and education. Ms.Yannacone provides current and relevant information regarding suicide prevention and addresses parent questions related to this topic.
