Middle School (6-8)

Our Approach
Students in grades 6-8 are going through great internal physical and emotional changes. For that reason they need a structured and consistent environment in which to develop further executive functioning skills and moral virtues. We provide opportunities to strengthen their skills in academics, service and leadership while continuing nurturing their faith through adoration, participation in the sacraments and prayer.
Curriculum
Students in grades 6-8 receive further training in algebra-based math instruction, the scientific method, history of ancient, recent and modern cultures, as well as wide experiences in Literature and Writing/Grammar. The core curriculum of grades 6-8 is further deepened through serving our elderly, families in need and the poor of our city through the St. Vincent de Paul Serves Program. Learn more about our curriculum standards.
Catholic Faith Formation
Students in 6-8 grade read and explore the truth of God’s merciful love throughout the Old Testament, study the life of Jesus Christ as presented in the Gospels, and apply the Catholic view of dignity of the human person to culture and their personal life.
