Financial Aid
Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic School is committed to helping families provide a Catholic education for their children. Families are expected to contribute to their child’s education according to their means, however, we understand that assistance may be needed.

Listed below are the three options for tuition awards and/or assistance. Please review them and use the links as needed for more detailed information, income guidelines and applications.

ACE Scholarships
The Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE) is a non-profit established to provide lower income families with an educational choice opportunity through privately funded K-12 scholarships. ACE scholarships are based solely on family income. Awards are normally $2,000 per student and are renewable for up to four years.

Schmitz Family Foundation Scholarships:
This is a private family foundation that provides tuition assistance to middle income families who wish to provide a Catholic education for their children. Up to $2,000 may be awarded per academic year. Student recipients must maintain an average to above average academic record. The Schmitz Family Foundation is willing to consider applicants whose income may exceed the ACE income guidelines. Families interested in qualifying for the scholarships must complete the ACE scholarship section on the FACTS Financial Aid Application.


Seeds of Hope Scholarships
The foremost goal of Seeds of Hope is to cultivate minds and hearts for Christ. It is the mission of Seeds of Hope to make it possible. Seeds of Hope is willing to consider applicants who are up to 10% above their posted income guidelines.

Saint Vincent de Paul Tuition Assistance Program (TAP): Tuition assistance through the TAP program is made possible by the very generous support of school parents. To qualify for the affiliated Catholic tuition rate (K-8):

The family has been registered at their Parish for at least six (6) months.

The family verifiably contributes, according to their means, on a regular basis to the financial support of their Parish.

The family attends weekend Mass regularly and is involved in the activities, organizations or programs at their Parish.

In-parish status is reviewed periodically. This subsidy is made possible because of your weekly offertory contributions. If you would like to automate your weekly offertory contribution, please follow the instructions given on this page:
** For Catholic families who attend another Archdiocesan parish, Affiliated Catholic status will be confirmed with your home parish.
Tuition Payments
St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School uses a tuition management system called FACTS Tuition Payment Management Program. Tuition and any subsequent incidental fees are paid via an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. There are several tuition payment options from payment in full to monthly plans. You will select a plan as part of your enrollment process.
Registration & Instructional Fees
Registration and Instructional Fees are required of all families, including those receiving financial aid, and are non-refundable. The fees are used to plan staffing as well as to order instructional supplies, consumables, and technology for the coming school year. Fees also cover field trips and will cover the 7/8 grade retreats.
