The annual SVdP Grandparents’ Special Friends’ Day is quickly approaching on Friday, April 25.

Catholic Families Night with the Denver Nuggets is almost here!

This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled evening while supporting a great organization that directly benefits CSAL sports in our schools.

Thanks to the St. Sebastian Project of Denver, our student-athletes received brand-new flag football and futsal jerseys this past year—just one example of the incredible support this event helps provide!

Additionally, athletes in grades 4-8 have the exciting opportunity to participate in the pregame clinic. More details can be found below.

Pre-Game Clinic and 8th Grade game

8th Grade Students are invited to participate in an 8th Grade Exhibition Game.  Interested students need to contact their Athletic Director.  Students in grades 4-7 are invited to participated in a pre-game basketball clinic.  Details to participate can be found in the attached document.

**Participation in the pre-game on court activities requires the purchase of a game ticket for April 6th.

  • Final Spirit Wear Sale: Our final Spirit Wear sale of the year will take place March 31-April 17. Items will be delivered before the end of the year. More info and shopping link to come soon!

Fundraising, Volunteer & Community Building Opportunities

  • Skate City: Tuesday, March 25th: Our last Skate City Skate Night of the 24/25 school year at Skate City Littleton. Details forthcoming.

  • Hapa Sushi Dine Out: Wednesday, March 26th: SVdP will partner with Hapa Sushi in Cherry Creek North for a dine out event. Details forthcoming.

Faith & Family:

  • Lenten Family Fish Fry & Stations of The Cross: Is your family looking to grow closer to Jesus this Lent? Gather together to reflect on the key moments of Jesus’ Journey to His crucifixion. On Friday, March 28th, beginning at 5:30 p.m. our school families will help lead Stations of the Cross. We are looking for men (fathers, uncles, grandfathers) that would help carry the cross for two full stations and two children (2nd grade and older) to carry the candles with the cross.  If you are interested, click HERE to volunteer.The night will conclude with a delicious fish fry hosted by the Knights of Columbus. The cost is $15/person or $45 for a family of 4 ( and $5 for each additional child!). This night will be a wonderful way to unite faith, tradition and community in one experience!

  • Lenten Bible Study For Moms!: Beginning on Thursday, March 13, SVDP will be hosting a Lenten Bible study for moms and will be walking through Dr. Sri’s book “No Greater Love.” The study will take place at the Lourdes house next door to the SVDP school gym from 1:30pm-2:30pm. 1155 S Josephine St Denver CO 80210 Email Megan at megan.ferowich@focus.org if interested in joining!


Gala Tickets Are LIVE! 

It’s time! Tickets for our Spring Elegance Gala on May 2nd are officially available (here).  We can’t wait to celebrate the beauty of spring renewal with an evening of elegance, community, and giving back to SVDP! 

Can’t make it in person? No worries—we’re offering a complimentary online access option so you can still take part in the online portion of the auction (Parties, Silent Auction, Paddle Raise!)

The SVdP Serves committee meets in the Dining Room of the Parish Office on the first Friday of the month from 8-9 am.  The upcoming meeting dates: Our next meeting is March 7 at 8AM. All are welcome!

Lenten Diaper Drive 






Ready for some Spring Cleaning? Please consider donating gently used children’s clothes size 0-5T to Marisol Homes. They are also always happy to accept gift cards- Lyft, Uber, Walmart, etc. 

Baby on the Way! Additionally, Marisol Homes has a special one-time need. A resident there is due in April with the hopes of being in her new home before the arrival of her baby girl. She needs all the things one would need to prepare for her new arrival!

Sandwich Sunday – Join Us to Serve!

After the 9:30 AM Mass, head to the cafeteria for Sandwich Sunday! Grab a donut and help assemble sandwiches for those in need. A great way to serve as a family—see you there!

Join us for Stations of the Cross

with Benediction every Friday of Lent at 5:30 PM in the church. All are welcome to participate in this beautiful Lenten tradition!

Our Parish Mission will take place from March 31 to April 3, featuring guest preacher Bishop Jorge Rodríguez, Ph.D., who was named auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Denver by Pope Francis. Don’t miss this special event!
