2020 Gala in the Garden: *NEW* & *REVISED* Save the Date – May 15th

Turns out now you can attend the 2020 Gala in the Garden from YOUR garden, yard, or living room. That’s right, the 2020 gala is going VIRTUAL and will be held the evening of Friday, May 15. For more information go to https://svdpch.ejoinme.org/2020gala

Spring Raffle ticket sales are happening NOW!

Get them before they sell out.

We’ve simplified the process to make this user-friendly in a remote setting and 100% of the ticket proceeds go directly to the school. Step 1: Complete this Google Form SVdP Spring Raffle sign-up with your information and the number of tickets you want to purchase. Step 2: Either mail a check to SVdP school with “Raffle” in the memo line, or call Amee Cave at 720-306-1313 and provide her with your credit card info via the phone. FACTS Tuition Payment Plan 2020-2021 – A New Option

Although we’re all focused on closing the current school year successfully (and bravely!), before families relax and enjoy the summer break, we need to remind you that as always your FACTS tuition accounts will roll over with a first payment due in July for the 2020-2021 school year.

For the coming year, we are offering a 12 month payment plan as well as the traditional Pay in Full, Semi-Annual and 10 month payment plans. The 12 month plan would begin in July with a final payment the following June. If you would like to change your plan to make 12 payments or request a change to the plan you currently have, please email Joyce Haberkorn – joyce@saintvincents.org by May 20th.

Once your 2020-2021 agreements are finalized in late June or early July, you’ll receive an email from FACTS that will reflect your payment plan.

FACTS Family Portal Update

Parent, you can now log into the Family Portal (where you see your child’s grades) and find your financial information to pay tuition and incidental billing payments.  This will be under the “Financial” tab.

eLearning Notes

Students should be communicating questions in Zoom calls or using the comment feature in Google Classroom, if the teacher has shown that feature.

Missing work? – Here is how students can check on all work.

• In Google Classroom – click classwork, view my work, and then they get the whole list of all assignments, assigned and not yet due, missing work, and graded and returned work with all the teachers’ feedback.

Just a reminder that when you are viewing grades, make sure you are checking ParentWeb. This is the official grade book for SVDP.

EduKits- information coming soon! It’s time for Edukits!  Please keep your eyes peeled for the link to the website coming next week. Ordering supplies this way is especially beneficial this year because of the quarantine and store access. This is an easy way to mark that off our to do lists and raise money for SVDP!
