FACTS – Confirmation Emails for Tuition Payments Sent

All school families have been entered into the tuition management system and you should have received a confirmation email from FACTS setting out your tuition amounts and payment plan. If you have not received an email or are not aware of your payment plan, please promptly contact Joyce Haberkorn via email at joyce@saintvincents.org. Thank you.

New Family Handbook and Parent-Student Handbook

Please note that handbooks will be forthcoming the first week of August.  The New Family Handbook helps to orient families to the culture and practices of the school and can be a helpful tool in the transition.  Please look for this in August.

Please note the following calendar change for coming school year 2020-2021.

October 5, 6, 7 will be regular school days

October 8, 9 will be parent teacher conference days

The Google parent calendar is marked correctly

If you have already scheduled a vacation during this time, thinking that it would be a fall break, please do let your child’s teacher know at the beginning of the year.  When the calendar was first set, the teachers/staff were going to use three professional development days this week, but we have cancelled (or delayed) those plans.  Those three days will need to be inserted into the calendar as non student days, but we think it is wise to see if they could be used strategically should restrictions re-emerge.
