25-26 Home & School Vice Chair Needed:
H&S is actively looking for a Vice Chair for the 25-26 school year. This role supports the H&S Chair, coordinates and communications with room parents about school events, teacher luncheons, class parties, etc. It is a two-year commitment and the Vice Chair will move into the Chair role in the second year. Fundraising, Volunteer & Community Building Opportunities
SVdP Day at Sky Zone Aurora on Friday, February 28!: “Jump” into the long weekend with SVDP at Sky Zone in Aurora on Friday, February 28 from 10am-Noon. Twenty percent of the net profits will be donated back to our school! All 90 Minute Pass and Annual Pass Purchases made on-site on the day of the event count towards this fundraiser. Come dressed in your best SVDP spirit wear!

Complete a waiver now to expedite the check-in process when you arrive at the park. All guests on a court or activity zone must have a signed waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Spring BBQ Chair Opportunity: We are in need of a parent volunteer to lead the charge on planning and organizing the Spring BBQ. This is an end-of-year celebration for school families on the playground that is scheduled for Friday, May 30th. As Chair, you would be in charge of all event coordination, including day of needs. H&S would support you with a budget, and also share what has worked well in previous years. Once we have an event chair in place, we can help you build a committee.This is a fun way to wrap up a great year and we appreciate the support! Supper Club Deadline Approaching: Last chance to sign up for SVdP Winter Supper Club! The sign up genius will close Sunday Feb. 16th. Join us in building community through the joy of sharing a meal. Supper clubs are a fantastic way to foster friendships, create connections, and enjoy great food and conversation in a welcoming atmosphere. To add a fun twist, attendees will be randomly assigned to host homes, sparking unexpected connections and making each gathering a delightful surprise! Ideally, each supper will include 8–10 people. Save The Date For The Spring Mom’ Retreat: This annual event will take place on April 30. Details will be forthcoming.
30 Mondays of Meals:
Calling all cooks!! Do you enjoy cooking and have one great meal you can deliver one Monday next year? 30 Mondays of Meals is a 2025 Spring Elegance gala item where the winning family will get 30 Mondays of taking the night off from cooking.
This can only be made possible with a group of St. Vincent home cooks – YOU! Please consider signing up to cook and bring the winning family one meal. We ask that the meal be complete (not just a lasagna thrown on the porch), with salad, sides, dessert, and some extras – maybe wine or breakfast muffins for the next day or your favorite cookbook – and a recipe from the meal you deliver.
In the last 5 years, 30 Mondays of Meals has made our school nearly $50,000! It’s a small effort that goes a LONG way. Keeping our cooks fresh helps, so if you are new and want to learn more, reach out to Chrissy Musgrove at chrissylmusgrove@gmail.com

Third Annual Ladies Valentine’s Social

The SVdP Serves committee meets in the Dining Room of the Parish Office on the first Friday of the month from 8-9 am. The upcoming meeting dates: Our next meeting is February 7 at 8AM. All are welcome!

2nd Saturday of the Month – Join us at SVdP for Mass at 8:00am, followed by time for a light breakfast, fellowship, discussion and prayer. (Opportunity for confession at 7:30 before Mass)
